Since 1988, Oliver Weiss has been part of a global community of soccer experts and managers. A native of Germany, he played college soccer in the US and then began a coaching career that spanned two decades. He won an NCAA National Championship with the University of North Carolina and has been a Coach, Scout and Developer of US Soccer talent for over 25 years. He currently teaches Sport Management at George Mason University and is expanding his passion to manage, coach, teach, and connect people of similar interest in soccer through his TOP FLIGHT SOCCER platform.
